I posted to the Diet discussion board but should have probably posted here instead 
I'm looking into doing CKD(currently reading Lyle McDonald's book) as opposed to something like Atkins.
I've read quite a few posts so far and seems that results differ between women and men. I was hoping that some of the women who did a CKD could talk about their experience and the results they have gained from it compared to a usual diet(I'm currently doing 40/40/20).
