from an embalming perspective he's an easy case
his head isn't messed up at all
I'd embalm his upper body normally and just clamp off the femoral arteries
for his legs I'd do each leg individually by injecting down into the femoral arteries(that have been severed)
he has some lacerations on the arms I'd conceal by positioning his arms in the casket
