No one will ever agree on this but we all have our own adgenda and ideas..
First off most want it all and want it now , here in lyes the problems
Gaining massive amount of weight and or muscle in a short period of time is hard for the body to adjust to and in most cases it won't and thats why you lose your gains not the fact your off the gear ..
Here's whats worked for me .. and just because it's worked for me does not mean it's the right way for everyone , it's just worked for me and i know that .
Short cycles with little to no suppression whatsoever 3 week hit it hard and get out .. the only pct is evena sativa and proviron ..
My first cycle 190lbs to 197lbs backed up to 195lbs and kept it all
my second cycle 195lbs to 205lbs backed up to 202lbs and kept it all
my third cycle 205lbs to 215lbs ( gaining more now because of increased strength and harder workouts ) backed up to 213lbs and kept it
My fourth cycle 215lbs to 225lbs kept it all !!!!
One year off ........... still at 225lbs
Following year i finally surcome to the preaching of heavy cycles and did a mad man test deca d-bol run that took me all the way up to 248lbs !!!! crashed like a frickin airliner and within 6 months i was back down to 230lbs so i might as well have done another short three week with no supression then fly up to 248 and come back down again .. yes i did all the bs pct like clomid and nov and hcg but all that did was delay what was coming anyways ...
Today 10 years from those cycles and a few years away from the gym i am still 230lbs with no more then 10% bodyfat at age 42 !!
Now i'm going to cycle again for another 5 pounds of muscle ...
My training partner started 20 years ago with the same ideas and past them to me , he's kept faithfull to the gym and at 5' 11" 255lbs with a 32 inch waiste and 20 inch arms he is a force to be encountered and has not done a cycle in the past 5 years as he does not want any more weight for his height .
This is a life time achievement and all the youth in the gym want the same form within a year or two ... here in lyes the problem of high doses and crashs ..
Just my own opinion .. but what alot of guys fail to realize is the forms they admire in the gym may have taken someone else a lifetime to achieve ..
I don't begrudge anyone from trying to acheive there goals but i do shake my head at those who constantly do the wrong thing and then wonder why when deep down inside they already know .
