rALA:
"ALA is one of the very few substances that can actually cross the blood/brain barrier to enter the brain and go directly where it is needed most. ALA supplementation causes increased levels of glutathione, which helps the body dispose of toxins. "

NAC:
NAC is a supplement used by PHAs. NAC stands for N-acetyl-cysteine and is similar to the amino acid cysteine. Taking NAC helps to increase levels of the protective compound glutathione (GSH) in the body.
Basically helps with getting rid of toxins.

I can also google. I've read some sources about those being really effective in getting rid of toxins in the body and when used with oral anabolics.
You can take my word for it or do your own research it's up to you. I'm not here to criticize you, was just trying to help you out.
Well, there is googling and there is googling. Your ralapure link is a site that sells rALA, so it is not an objective, unbiased source. Of course, they are going to hype its benefits. Your other source is better on the objective front, but in both cases your googling has only produced brief statements about "helping" to reduce toxins. In neither case does it say that these compounds help much or whether they are any more effective than say pissing on a burning house. What would be useful is some kind of research that shows an effective dose of oral AAS produces x amount of liver enzymes over the safe/normal range, and that any or all of the compounds you mentioned had a significant effect in pushing them towards the safe/normal range.
