What's up with all the Black Doods driving old police cars?

I don't know if its a southern thing, or maybe even a north Florida thing, but I see a lot of black dudes in old police cars. I am willing to bet that 1 and 10 black dudes on the road around here are in old police cars or GM models like police cars(impalas and crown vics). It is fucking crazy. We have these "Support Life" licence plates that are yellow like the city plates and they get these too. What's the deal with this. I personally think it is fucking stupid. You don't know if a cop is on your ass or if its some random dude. Makes me scared to speed and shit.
