vic does deserve to go to jail. you cant compare someone buying an ounce or 12 of weed to someone who breeds, sells, fights, and kills dogs all while making good money over it. not all crimes are equal and not all crimes should be punished the same. nothing illogical about a persons opinion.

i can go and buy personal supplies for a cycle or for drug consumption and hurt no one but myself. vic was killing dogs that didnt want to fight. dogs cant call the police or get lawyers. that is our job for them. killing for sport is a crime. i dont see anyone making bets at the slaughterhouse on which cow will live longer. killing for food and killing for entertainment are 2 way different things. you cant compare the two. that is illogical. if the dogs were being killed for food, id back right off. but they werent. cows and chicken and lamb were put here for human consumption, as were dogs in some cultures. killing them outside of this area is wrong and should be punished.
