What peptide for tendon damage

To start I have always had a goal of being able to bench 400. For me this is alot being only 5'3 135 lbs never used anything other than protein and Creatine. Long story short last summer I was approaching 400 but began to have gradual chest pain. I pushed through it for a month or do before I could bare it no longer. Finally saw a doctor and found out I had torn my peck slightly at my sternum. I need to know what peptide would be best to fix this. It's been 7 months and I still can't lift without it hurting after. Plz any advice. I hate not getting to lift and 7 months is far to long of a recovery for me. Looking into cjc, igf1 lr3, hgh. What's best?

have you had an mri done.

that is one of the easiest ways to know exactly what is wrong.. some people can get ultrasounds done to see what is wrong as well.

basically you need to find out exactly what is wrong.

then you can put together a plan on how long you need to rest it..how long you need to rehab it.. how long to go 30% , 50%, etc etc

tendons heal VERY slowly but there are tricks you can use to speed up the process.

Tendons/ligaments have a very slow cellular turnover rate (300-500 days) so they take a LONG time to heal. They take even longer to heal if you use anti-inflammatory or continue to cause damage to the tissue. Drugs are not going to fix this. PRP/Prolotherapy can greatly speed healing however.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta 4) peptide might help you heal up faster, also, if you can afford some HGH, that would only help as well. I know the IGF's are used for growing new muscle tissue, but I am unsure whether they have healing or rejuvenating properties. TB-500 and HGH most certainly do.

I'd like to shake your hand bro, pushing anywhere close to 400lbs. at 5'3", damn dude. Wishing you a speedy recovery, bro.

Thanks. I've been through physical therapy but they released me saying they had done all they could for now which wasn't much. They don't think Ive torn anything off the bone or drastic to a point it won't heal without surgery. I'm going back tomorrow to the doctor to see about getting an MRI but if all they say is time then I'm definitely going to look into the TB-500 haven't heard much about but at this point ill do anything to get back in the gym Time to do a little research on it. Thanks

trust me on this, if you have any tendon or ligament damage, you will only prolong it by not giving it the proper rest and treatment... the MRI is very necessary because without it, you can't truly know what is wrong... you might get opinions form different people you see for treatment but you need the MRI... after you get that, go from there but if you don't rest it, a 6 week injury could become a 6 month injury... this generally heal slower as the elasticity has been stretched and these take so much time to rejuvinate... after you get the mri, post the results and we will try to help you the best we can...

you need to talk to your doc.

tell him this is a life long sport and activity you are involved in. tell him its not a phase and you are not a normal couch potato.
tell him you want to know exactly what is wrong you want to know everything that was damaged, how bad and what condition it is in now and ask him if there is any way to do that besides an mri.

Finally getting an MRI don't know the date yet but I'll let y'all know the results after I have it. I asked him about igf and other such peptides and he just said its experimental and didn't seem to like that subject then he talked about possible prp injection. Anyone had any experience with these?
