what do you guys with big thighs do for jeans?

I have a 31" waist and 30" quads
it is impossible to acutally find jeans tat fit that measurement. I get all my clothes custom tailored. its expensive but there really isnt any other choice.

I wear a lot of diesel but sometimes the thighs are so tight you can see the shape of my quads through the pants lol. They need to make em a lil bigger.
