What do you guys think of my new cycle diet ?

Mustang...how the hell do you stick to this diet eating such plain foods??? I have done a similar diet and it made me pissed off and craving foods all day....Your body will never use all of that protein.....I would give serious consideration to my proposed 1/3,1/3,1/3 fat,protein and carbs,,,,Take my word, I have never experienced gains like the ones I have been making!
 
Thanks for all the advice guys, I think I will add some rice in there for dinner.

Yellowbomber, my cycle is
Omna at 1250mg/week for weeks 1-2
Omna at 750mg/week for weeks 3-10
Eq at 400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Fina at 50-60mg/Day(injecting) for weeks 4-10
Cytomel from weeks 4-8 in a pyramid fashion
Adipokinetix through out
Cranberry extracy for kidneys
Milk Thistle for liver even though I am using nothing that will be hard on it.

I too agree with the others on the carb issue. I think that your workouts may suffer and you will become exuaseted easier if you do not add a little more! Carbs are OK, if you add the right ones! Stick to low glycemic ones like brown rice and bran muffins etc, and they should not cause any added insulin spikes!

Good luck - stick with it!! Summertime is not the time to be fat!! hahaha! Save that for bulking in the winter like a bear! lol!!

I'm a firm believer in protein but you probably don't need more than 400 grams a day. I would up those carbs too. Maybe eat 50 grams of carbs or so per meal in every meal before your workout and including your post workout meal, then cut them out completely in the evening, eating strictly protein after 5:00pm. Thats just a thought. I feel kind of odd giving you advice, but coming from a guy that's pretty fat and pastey white (I don't tan...just burn haha) I think I'm qualified to answer this one.

P.S. It's almost too late to cut up for summer bro. Would'nt you like to do another bulking cycle or 3 before next summer. You are only 216 pounds afterall haha. I hate the snow, but man oh man do I love winter... BULKING is so much fun haha.
 
And you might want to add something else to your breakfast and your dinner...WINSTROL. Hehe...I like it. It's kind of like viagra for your whole body. Makes you hard as a rock! Hahaha.
