Hey everyone! Does anyone remember me? Man have I been busy! My gym is doing well after coming out of the slow time of the year and I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary on Nov. first.

Second quad tendon tear recovered great and I will be competing in June of this years and yes I will be in Masters! Man! some dudes are gettin' whooped up on in June! I may do masters nationals but I am done at open national comp now I think...Just to much gear and I worry now about it so piss on it. I will not go over a gram ever again I think. Compared to 3 grams I am comfortable with it.

No I tore both Quads in seperate incidents....sucks.

Kinda....I hung drop actually and the long drop did not work out....the first quad tear a ladder collapsed under me and my leg was drug up behind me on the way to the floor...LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR!
