Where you Internet dating, because if you were then you are not alone with your horrible experiences. While yours was particularly painful I am sure, many others have had worse then you. You are wrong to hate all women, but you should consider the ones you find on the internet, not worth your time. This isnt because they put their adds on the itnernet, but because its hard to get to know someone purly over the phone, and or computer chat.

You're right - and yes Chesty did get the shaft unfairly I might add but that is unfortunately the side effect of dating and it's just blown larger with the concept of internet dating.

Either way it's risk and without risk and failure you just stay planted in one place.

Assuming they talked only a few times online (if this number is during a long period of time then she was trully a bitch), she should have sucked it up and told him that she wasn't interested after the first date. She should have also made an attempt to make friends since he flew all the way out there. I'm sorry but if you don't have the "balls" (or as chesty put it the cunt) to do this than you are not a person in my book, rather just an excuse for a human being.

BTW, if chesty had lied about something, before they met, then I would understand her reaction.

... and how is military training gonna provide a thicker skin towards relationships? Emotional pain is A LOT worse for some people than physical pain, I know I can be put in that category.
