weight training routine is poor I think

My current split is:
push monday
pull wednesday
legs friday
core/abs saturday
not seeing the types of improvements I was hoping for I’m 23 years old and I’ve been waiting for the past 9 months
I don’t really have much respect for my current weight training routine and I’m looking for some tips and tricks how I can adjust things.

your routine is not clear
you need more volume though it seems
 
you have to train hard to force your body to grow
