every 5 day for 8 weeks
my meal plan
6 egg white 6am
2 bananas 7-8 am morning
2 tuna sandwich 10-11 am
1 meal at 12pm
1 meal at 3pm
1 tuna sand at 6 after the gym
1 meal at between 8-9pm
1 gallon water a day or more
7-8 hours sleep and at lunch time for 1hour our less at my job
i try to follow these routine every day
im in my 3th week and i gain 12 pound im thinking 4-5 pounds is water but im still happy
