yea, only 2 days in, and I already look bigger. arms feel tight and pumped just from bending them. stuff is no joke. im curious to see what the next week will bring.

I use them in tandem, both have amazing attributes that can be enjoyed - as long as you have time to take naps every day, and have a plethora of support supplements on hand; which I always do.
