Because I can't bend around to see my own ass...I have my girl do it for me...just did second round! Interestingly, ONE site was a little sore after...like a small bump...just massage it out...GOOD. (I had HER do it!!!) Her shot time is coming soon!! I use the 23 1.5". Glute only. Flex FIRST to find the spot ( I think that is what he meant)...then relax, then poke. I used to do a lot of in-field triage...so shots are not new to me....

Sounds like you did a good job. I did my first inject a couple weeks ago. I stood in that mirror for atleast 5 minutes before I stuck. Once the needle was in I had no worries, aspirated, and the rest was history. Welcome to the dark side brother.
