Fina - 75/ed 1st week, 100 ed last week
Up about 10 lbs so far, maybe a touch of water retention but not much. Today was about my 7th day with no rest so I was dead, only did biceps but it was funny. Arms were swollen so bad I couldn't come anywhere near my shoulders. Love the sight of huge veins running wrist to shoulder...it's been awhile.
I'm recovering so fast my weight training days are basically like this : deadlifts/shrugs, chest, pull-ups/upper back, leg press/squats, OFF then again.
Diet has been fair. Only real problem has been consistent binge drinking and occasional munchies. Still dropped significant bodyfat despite this.
