i think it's because deep down he really, really liked this place. his post count can attest to that. Div and JA didn't get near this kinda of support, but then again, they had a "fuck this place" attitude. UD had some good contacts here and i think he really needed that. who knows, he could be pulling a Kaiser Souze and be fooling us all. but i think he is the way he says he is.

I'm not real happy with "recreational bombings" -- and before Lestat jumps in here with yet another comment about it being harmless teasing, save it, nugga. I got an unopened box full of that. You want to know who the bombs have driven off the site, we're talking about him right here.

Got a relative newbie Plat, riding people for debateable reasons, and he runs into someone who doesn't handle it well. He figures he paid for the privilege, and at some level that is what the Plat membership is all about: pony up some bucks, get an unfair advantage.

But the other guy is still making really disturbing word-pictures. Going nuclear.

We had a guy here who started threads about raping another guy's kids; remember that? I took him out back with the shotgun and a shovel. Couple of people said "It's just an Internet board, it's just a joke." Not many, not very loud, not at all convincing.

Honestly, I really am befuddled at the way you guys are jumping to his defense. Where is this coming from?

woah...talking about raping someones kids is in my opinion WAYYY to out there, but i dont think strangling a dog can compare.

i believe im the one who made the thread about unbanning curling, and as you could see from my post a couple posts up, i dont really like the guy, or his opinions.

i just dont think bannings for things said in C&C are really cool...the whole point of C&C is to state whats on ones mind, and if someone wants to stick with serious topics and not deal with opinions or possible offensive comments, then they are perfectly safe in the topiced forums (training, anabolics, etc)

The thing that people need to remember is that the words you type on here are all we can base our opinion of you on. Most of us don't know you in real life, and we can only form opinions on you by what you type. Yes these are just words on a screen, but these words are the first impressions that we make with each other.

It's because they don't get it bro...the impact "just words" can have. The vulgar has become the norm. Everything is "relative" these days, there seems to be no right or wrong--therefore, if there is no wrong, then why should there be consequences or punishment for one's actions? (rhetorical question)

Anyone who thinks words are harmless should read up on some history. Look at what Hitler accomplished with "mere words."

I appreciate your concern for me. It is great that u do care about the peoples opinions on this board. What ulcasterdropout said did in fact upset me. That is why I spent half an hour trying to rally together some others to bomb him.

Personally, I would never want to be banned. I am glad he has gotten his little "time out". It would not bother me if he came back. It would bother me however if he came back and decided he would use his time back at EF to try to bring me down. If you would like to bring him back that is fine...I would like to see him get a second chance...however if he used his time back to harrass me and bring me down then I would appreciate him being snuffed out permanently.
