I chop boiled egg whites and onion, put lots of pepper and a little bit of salt, and the TINIEST bit of light mayo (like a tablespoon worth) and mix well. Then toast 2 pieces of whole wheat, heap on the tuna mix and EAT!......yummmmmmy
im all for the tuna and salsa thing
but lately ive been putting everglades seasoning on everything. a couple redneck friends turned me onto it when they took me hunting and i was starving so they shot a bird and put that stuff on it and cooked it up. hit the spot
