Approved Log My TRT Cruise and recovery log

Looks good to me. Just remember as you progress and lift heavier you will want to make sure you increase your nutrition. Clean of course when possible.
I plan to keep my nutrition close to the same just more meals and a few with more calories like after I lift and so on. Nutrition is pivotal as I’ve learned and been taught the past few months, I literally feel stronger on 150mg test than I did in deca or primo.
I’m very curious to see how next cycle is going to go. I’ve been sticking with low FOD map foods about 90% of the time, the change within a week was noticeable and after a month I was kinda shocked on how well I felt and was doing with weights.

He’s a really bright and considerate person, very helpful and wants to educate people. I have learned and will continue to learn from him.
 
Here is a copy from excel, this is the program that I am going to stick with and change after six weeks when I run Test / EQ in a couple weeks.
I increase weight about 5-8lbs per week based on how I feel from each exercise. I use pain threshold of 1-4, recovery of 1-4 and so on to develop my increases. Week six of this program IO drop drastically like 60% of the weight comes off and all the reps are really low to deload my body.
When I come back after the deload I can then start the first week of my next 6 week meso pushing heavier weight with good form than I could on week 1 of the previous MESO and I just increase again with the goal of week 5 being 10-20lbs heavier than the previous week 5. This methodology combined with the feedback from the guys on this forum keeps me safe, not burned out or stale. If you want to see stupid go look at MY TRT DECA log, I trained like a fool and my diet is embarrassing to even look at. After cycle I will cruise and recover again on a 4 day program since I cannot always recover as quickly when not using peds.

Once I reach a point to start a new Log who do I let know to end this log? Once that's done I will create a new log for the Test/EQ/TBOL cycle.

i think you can log right up to new log
your volume is on point for off cycle
but new cycle you'll need to go up a lot

How much more volume do I need to add to the 5 day program I have come up with? I set the cap at 18-22 sets per day.

you can always cut back to a 4 day split if you don't like the five day variety
 
that is good, keep consistent and give your body a deload
 
I wouldn't push the volume keep it where it is.

Just wrapping up the day off and a reduced diet in terms of animal fats or anything that will cause a spike in cholesterol, goal is to get some solid blood numbers taken tomorrow, My end of Jan number looked horrible, coming off Var and other compounds, my figures were all over the place.
I experimented with pharma mix 5 on Vacation and actually used once a week before I gave bloods, not the best of ideas but I did have a good workout :).

Got a few of my blood tests today, not all of them.
T4 Thyroid total is low producing, Creatinine level is mildly elevated but in the high acceptable range. HDL is lower than it should be and my blood pressure has seemed high every time I've checked it since my last cycle, I have never really put things together. My Primary doctor today was informed that I have been using anabolics in conjunction with TRT, she was actually pretty cool and said to me " dont go overboard and they are called cycles for a reason". Monday I have a Cystin-C blood test to determine if my creatinine level is elevated due to muscle and the fact that I work out or because i have something wrong with my kidneys. For now my Test/EQ cycle is on hold until I get a medical all clear on the bloods. The last thing I want to due is take EQ thicken my blood up and force it through my kidneys.

Here are todays meals, my appetite hasnt been so great today.

I’ll post the full panel once I get the rest of the lab reports.
 
Just wrapping up the day off and a reduced diet in terms of animal fats or anything that will cause a spike in cholesterol, goal is to get some solid blood numbers taken tomorrow, My end of Jan number looked horrible, coming off Var and other compounds, my figures were all over the place.
I experimented with pharma mix 5 on Vacation and actually used once a week before I gave bloods, not the best of ideas but I did have a good workout :).

Weights: Deloading this week and probably some next week, will try to get in more runs to keep cardio up. Looking forward to a Echo so I can ride instead of run and stay cooler with the fan on it. During a cycle would staying in Zone 2 fat burning be best or a mixture of Zone 3 cardio endurance followed by some Zone 2 fat burning be the best approach?

Once I get my blood results back I will edit and post so you can all see the difference from a blood test right after cycle when values are skewed and what they should be(hopefully).

Got a few of my blood tests today, not all of them.
T4 Thyroid total is low producing, Creatinine level is mildly elevated but in the high acceptable range. HDL is lower than it should be and my blood pressure has seemed high every time I've checked it since my last cycle, I have never really put things together. My Primary doctor today was informed that I have been using anabolics in conjunction with TRT, she was actually pretty cool and said to me " dont go overboard and they are called cycles for a reason". Monday I have a Cystin-C blood test to determine if my creatinine level is elevated due to muscle and the fact that I work out or because i have something wrong with my kidneys. For now my Test/EQ cycle is on hold until I get a medical all clear on the bloods. The last thing I want to due is take EQ thicken my blood up and force it through my kidneys.

Hey guys, I'm in a holding pattern until I get all my blood work back and the docs figure out what's up with the weird kidney creatinine levels, they ran a globular filtration test on me yesterday. I have been on TRT for right around one year, I have cycled 16 weeks of DECA and about 8ish weeks of Test/Var and Primo. Prior to TRT with PCT I cycled 6 weeks of tren ace, a 10 week cycle of Test C, the following year Test C with NPP. Everything has always been lower sided dosages. I have only run Deca and the Primo cycle within one year, the other smaller cycles were spaced over a course of 2 years prior for a total of 5 cycles. My blood pressure is elevated somewhat higher than normal as well.

Here are my meals, somewhat sparse and I'm keeping training light with more cardio right now.

that will help flush out your kidneys
 
Use always run cycle support before during and after it makes a huge difference.
I run n2guard during the cycle 100% and did so for about a month after.
 
Here are my bloods, igf1 is not here yet.
My doctor has seen these already, I took cystatin-c test Monday waiting for those results.

Labs look good to me. Your t4 is barely low so its not like its way below the number. Your HDL is about what I have seen on pretty much everyone who isnt a kid. Its almost impossible to get HDL to normal on us older people. I dont know what your worried about.

My doctor freaked me out, that cystsatin test is to test the blood filtration of the kidney. Goingbin eq my bloods going to thicken up some and I told her this and she said wait before you do anything and to verify that filtration is good, which seemed to make sense to me. I’m liking that I can be honest about my usage with my doctor. If she tells me all is well then I’ll start my cycle of test and eq with tbol, including all the ancillaries required.

I have a a small less than a pea sized lump to the left of my left nipple, it’s below the surface a little tender to touch, possibly gunk from the high I’ve been on? My trt is 150mg and I’ve never had any gyno issues. I’ve even run 600mg test over 12 weeks years ago with no ai.

Thoughts on that one?

The way I look at it is if I get gyno I will pay and get it removed. I am sure I have some under all the fat, but I dont have any signs of itching or lumps yet. I think as long as you keep doses low you dont need to worry too much but make sure and have aromasin on hand. I am using 10mg EOD just to make sure since I have upped my test dose from 300 to 450mg while dropping masteron from 300 to 200mg.
