trying to gain 30 pounds in 4-5 months

I would say the 3hrs is too long, and may be hurting your gains. I am interested to hear what some of the vets say. I try to pound the shit out of my muscles in a hour, I don't take long breaks.

I agree! one hour should be long enough to bang the crap outta all selected bodyparts,and since the body adjusts it's important to occasionally switch up routines.

there are so many its hard to remember them all ,here is where i often refer to get my ideas!

Thanks guys always glad to help ,and to the original poster do as others have suggested EAT ,add in lots of nuts, They are calorie dense and provide micro nutrients,also a tablespoon of peanut butter in the morning is a good way to bump up the calories.
