Triceps burn out too fast (bench, incline db, military press)

Hello,

A problem I have been having with triceps is muscle endurance. The problem I have, mainly on bench, is that after one working set, the triceps almost extinguish and the next set I can barely do any weight. This is even after a few minutes breaks in between sets. I'm only doing about 5 reps a set.

This is the same w/ incline db, and military presses too. After a few sets on military press, I can barely do just the bar. Adding any weight on, and I can't get up to ten. My triceps are strong I think, as I do the pull downs with the whole rack sometimes. However, my bench, incline db, and military press are very weak. I'm 6'2, almost 200 lbs with not alot of fat, and I can barely bench press 135 4-5 times. The next set I'll have troulbe with 115. On incline db, I can barely do 35 on each arm. The next set I'll be back down to 25, just to squeeze 10 reps out. I alternate a 3 day typical work out plan, with a rest day in between each muscle group. I do not think I overtain, and just follow a simple plan like is normally recommended to beginners. I also eat well too.

My question is, how do I get some endurance in my triceps? They're big and strong but they just don't last long at all.

Any help or recommendation would be appreciated.

Well after bench and incline press, just pull downs. I've tried throwing out the pull downs, in hopes that they were making me "overtrain" my triceps, but to no avail. So I threw them back in.

The triceps don't get all fatigued when I do the pull downs, even though they'd be tired from the presses, meaning I can do a good 3-5 sets of ten on the same weight and not have them totally extinguished on the latter sets.

If you want to strengthen your triceps you are going to have to do more than just pulldowns. I would suggest these to start with

close grip presses
skullcrushers
dips
and tricep extensions

I personally don't train my triceps on chest days, I do biceps with chest, and triceps on back days. I have found that I can really work them harder that way.
