Bench 365 - Monday 20lbs PR
Squats 425 -Tuesday 10lb PR
Deads 405 - Friday 25lbs PR

I hope to get my bench up in the 400's by december ..

Good lifting everyone, keeps us on our toes watching others get stronger.
 
set a pr on gm's......315 + light bands for 2 reps. 376 is my max for regular gm's.

today was my first time using bands and i'm hooked.

whats the weight of the light bands?

Very true. Congrats on the PR Skaman 315 will come before you expect it The dead seems to always go up real fast.5lbs here 10-20lbs there it all adds up Keep adding plates!
