due jan 20th. it is a girl and she is doing fucking flips in my girls stomach. it is funny to watch her stomach actually move. kinda freaky if ya ask me. I am nervous but excited too.

Yeah im resting,im on a little of that Doctor MJ therapy Just finished cycle of methylpredisolone (cortico oral)

elbow has ben doing a lot better right seems healed....left still gets swollen sometimes unexpectedly, PHX i want to mix letro and DMSO for topical anti estrogen.......

Here is how to take care of your elbows.

1. Use equiblock dt or stop pain 30 minutes BEFORE training.
2. Use neoprene sleeves.
3. Flush the area with blood as a warm-up(ex. pushdownsx100)
4. Stay away from ACCESSORY movements that severely iritate it (You'll just have to suck it up on ME)
5. Ice for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off ASAP after workout. Ice is a miracle drug!! Nobody wants to take the time or effort to use it but it actually HEALS the problem. This is the most important step of all. Just put ice in a ziplock baggie and put it on the area that hurts. Ya the ice is gonna be cold and it does hurt for 5 or so minutes but then it will feel good. I also use these velcro ice packs from http://www.sporties.net/Detail.bok?no=16
6. Take 800mg of ibuprofin 3x per day until your problem clears up.
7. Find a good joint support formula such as Joint Complex by Gearman Nutrition at http://www.gearmannutrition.com/news...?page=home.cfm or Syn-Flex and take it religously. It takes a long time to feel the results of this but you will eventually feel them.
8. Supplement your diet with fish oil capsules and Vitamin C these are both natural anti-inflammatories.
9. You must do ALL of these to help, you can't just pick one or two you must do them ALL.
10. You can also do expand your hand bands, wrist curls and hammer curls, all of these make my elbows feel better.
11. For severe issues, get a big bowl and fill it with ice, water and 2 tablespoons of salt, stick your elbow directly in it and keep it in there for 10 minutes. Dry it off and wrap it with a heating pad for 10 minutes, repeat twice.
12. If you have done all of the above and are still having problems then it's time to take a few days off.


This is from a Top 10 APF Powerlifter. These guys live by taking care of elbows.

No info on the Femera but you may be thinking of the proviron DMSO mix I did for gyno, on that i mixed 25mg proviron with 1.5cc DMSO. Apply .5cc 3 times a day.

ok i have take about 3 weeks off from Upper body, it still gets swollen sometimes

but it does not hurt!! When do i know when it is safe to workout?

I am going to supplement the ibeuprofin for a few days on and off

Please keep sharing ....


PHX- was it liquid proviron? I am going to mix Letro with DMSO, this is going to be breakthrough shit, i need a recipe :)

First off what kind of weight are you throwing up when you are healthy. Bench, Sqaut, Dead, Incline's.. whatever really?

So I compete in Oly Weightliting meets and Powerlifting meets. WHen I have shoulder issues (try snatching) I lay off pressing totally till I can do the following.

On the flat bench, i prefer bands b/c this is essentially speed work. Really light weight. Say may top work sets are 300+ healthy, I do this w/ 95 w/ mini bands. I do 20reps in a ROM where there was never pain, then 20 only in the ROM that hurt, then 20 full ROM. Do that for a week, every day you are in there killing your legs and posterior chain, abs, triceps...shit, you got lots of fun you can be having.

Then I do full ROM for 60 sec trying for maximun reps, and work a linear periodization model... adding reps to the 60 till I get to 100, then add weight for 1 more week.

Then I work back up like i was coming into a deload. so 60% of whatever your top set is (regardless or sets/reps) and dod that for 2 weeks, then 70% for onr, 80^
% for one, and then see where yoy are.

Also - do all the above. As we get older and continue to want to lift heavy we have to remember how much is nutition and injury prevention.

You need a foam roller, and you need to get ART or deep tissue work 1x a month if you can swing it.

No it was tablet form chopped up like scarface :evil:

Correction it is .5cc of DMSO not 1.5cc

I just placed 3 tabs 75mg chopped FINE into a shot glass added 3cc of DMSO let it sit for 30 mitutes mixed WELL(it will all disolve and turn dmso clear/white) drawl it up in 3cc syringe no needle (duh) Apply .5cc 3 times a day. (per nip)

If you thinking about mixing Femera with DMSO please note that the liquid femera(like ag's) is based in grain alcohol which grain alcohol can actually be used as a transdermal carrier. I you mix DMSO to a liquid femera at a 50/50 ratio this would take in the area of the body transdemally very nice BUT I have ZERO idea if this is a good idea??? It all looks good on paper. The above 50/50 ratio would also be a good starting point and easy to know where your mgs would be in relation to volume. I got a few other ideas on this topic :chomp:
