2. See above responses for the primary reason to go for the old-fashioned style PB. "Natural PB" is not "organic shit." It's simply PB that's made out of simply peanuts and/or salt, nothing else. Personally, I like products that have short ingredient lists like the PB I eat: Ingredients: Peanuts.
Natural PB is very good for you, but they pack quite a calorie punch. What's real depressing is actually measuring out a "serving size." It's pathetically small... (2 TBSP).
