to all the kids on here

Its not just an age thing, experience is huge. I've seen tons of guys, 25 and older, with very little training under their belt, jump on a cycle as the easy way out. if you jump on before you have the foundation, its a punk move, but an all too common one.

When I was still natural, I had lots of people talking shit that I must be on juice. I wasnt even that big, after 10 years of natural training, I was only 180-185lbs at 7-8% bf, but funny that thats big compared to most guys on juice....

I have to add that even tho i'm small @ 5"7 @ 170 everytime i start lifting people think i'm on something when all my body is doing is re-adjusting itself. Sometimes it sucks when ppl say ur on when ur not and ur really busting ur ass dealing with the pain associated with lifting hard but on the other hand it feels good that ppl think so cause it makes the pain worth it.

I agree with the notion of teenagers shouldn't be using anabolics. But to say the earliest anyone should start is 25 in my opinion is a bit conservative and shouldn't be the nexus of initial use of anabolics. Providing an individual has vast training under their belt and they are mature, etc. using anablolics at 21 or 22 is not irresponsible or stupid in my opinion.

I agree.

There's no evidence of any real degree of reliability that once a user has fully reached/past puberty and is no longer growing they cannot use in reasonable safety provided they're informed. The best reason I've heard cited for not using is the 'rollar coaster' of emotions some younger individuals potentially have, and steroids could compound that. I agree with that. But beside that, nothing of any real basis. Sure, young people have naturally high hormone levels, but honestly, the gear isn't going to hurt them anymore than someone who is 30 provided they've done proper research. And on the flipside, the younger user will have the highest probability of fully recovering after a cycle. Just a fact, younger people will recover faster from anything, or stand the best chance to... Hell, I probably bounce back post cycle twice as fast as guys in their 30's. At most, a younger individual might be out more money for results he could have obtained naturally...

K alltraps, good post.

The way I look at it is everyone is responsible for themselves. If you're 18 and want to do roids, I'm not going to stop b/c basically I could care less about you (unless you're part of my family). That's your business if you want to take that risk or throw your money into the garbage. But on the same token, I don't agree with it, therefore I won't help someone who asks for it on these boards if I feel they're too young or too inexperienced. Most of them won't listen to our wisdom anyway, so there's no point.

you ever notice a guy with wide shoulders looks bigger than a guy with narrow shoulders ?
thats because the collar bone adds to the width of your shoulders. did you know that the collar bone continues growing till you are somewhere around 27yrs old ?
you wanna get big but have narrow shoulders ? cause that can happen by juicing too soon. i'm a little guy and at 5 7" i still look intimidating at a low weight (by this boards standards) because i have wide shoulders.

Well before i found this site i was about 21 i did not know shit i shot test and deca 2 botlles total and thougt i was going to grow well guess what? NO i am 26 now and done 2 cycles i read i learned and now i am prepared for my third i went from a sorry ass 120 to 160 at most sure i train hard eat alot and read it took me 3 yearsto go from 120 to 160 of couse jack but when i get off i wheigt 145 to 150
i wanted to grow so bad by taking 1 bottle of test. listen guys iam still learning now.
so be patient and if u are not take advise from this guys. i did and i have been reading
on this site for like 5 years now but just desided to become one of yall so i can give my opinion and try to learn and help. so to all read and learn

Age is certainly a good benchmark, but training progress is almost always overlooked... It blows my mind to read about guys who can't bench 315 running G's a week or kids who cant squat much more than bodyweight doing 12 weekers to get 'ripped' for spring break. insane. You need to put in years of hard work before AAS are appropriate, and there's plenty of big strong guys out there who dont use them.
