I'm 6' tall and my shoulders are so wide it makes it more difficult to get a reall full overall look. In the last couple months I have really brought in my traps and it's helped out a lot. My current shoulder workout consists of doing heavy upright rows, barbell shrugs front and back, and dumbell shrugs, as well as lateral raises, bent over lateral raises and military presses. I've been getting compliments on my shoulders lately since it's T top weather finally !
