10:30am-waste time on EF
11:00am-still wasting time on EF
12:00pm-cardio for hour and 30 min
1:45pm- 10-45 sec interval sprints on treadmill w/15 sec rest
2:00pm- regain consciousness and cook breakfast
2:15pm- eat breakfast- 1/2 cup oats, 4 egg whites 1 whole egg (scrambled) with diced tomatoes on top, 1 slice whole wheat toast (dry), 1/2 cup strawberries and canteloupe.
How's that for BITCH flakes BEYOOOTCH!
