My squat routine after getting pissed at the disrespectfull noobs at the gym.

And today my legs are soar as shit. I love that that I am so easisly motivated to crush it.
After that I did 4 x 20 leg presses, 3 x 10 incline sled, 3 x 15 hamstring curls
3 x 10 straight leg deads.
