Having good results over the past two weeks with fat loss, but been having bad head aches and also been light headed, i drink tons of water, more then sugjested, and have been taking one, three times a day might take it down to twice a day, anyone else had this problem?

Macro, I read this and it looks like a couple ways this could go.
- Increasing carbs in general (daily / all the time).
- Taking in a small bit of carbs in conjuction with TRex.
- Or increasing the carbs on a (carb loading) single day. Which many find to be a better solution when promoting fat loss. Thats includes myself.
Since I have TRex forthcoming, I was curious as to what you are suggesting/advising in case it happens to me. I do understand, each person is different. Was hoping that increasing only the load day carbs might do the trick.
dont reccomend carb loading ,though many people do run on CKD and TKD just fine.
IMHO its better to enhance your insulin sensitivity (either through cardio and/or supps like glucorell) than to using keto type diets. Which can have a nasty rebound. at least 2 studies indicate greater weight regain after cessation of keto v. low fat diets.
most people just run thermorexin or cardio breeze as a "base" (the whole time) with intermittant 2-3 week cycles of clen- generally reccomend six weeks between clen cycles, though others will reccomend 2-3 weeks.
