Bran987: your protein is fine...they all have a little carb in them...it's almost imposible to go 0 carb...even the pb has some carbs

Well, I have started this diet for the second time (got sick the first so it threw me off). It seems easier this time around, most likely b/c I am using an ECA stack. I'll keep all updated.

wow this diet has worked for me in a major way so far. It's been about 5 days so far and I've lost about 2lbs a day!! ...3 of those days were on a DNP/T3 3 day cycle (the weekend), but I've been doing the 3 day cycle thing for the past 3 weeks and not had results like this... At the end of the week I'll go have my body composition checked to see exactly how much muslce/fat was lost while doing it....I'll post the results.

Question for Mr.X

Hey, i'm new to this board, but i was just reading your ANBP diet and want to ask you a few questions. As i read on the forum, someone asked if they could replace ANBP with just nuts. And you' said it'll work. So how much nuts should i eat? Also i eat 6 meals of 30 g of protein and nuts right. One more question is eating too much nuts at once bad for you?
i take multi vitamins daily, but would i need to take more for this diet?
