Yeah followed the diet exactly and ran a bit, did some cardio and whatnot it really does work but its hard to stick to, after 4 days on im off now but atleast I know it def. works for losing a few pounds in a week or two, especially if your at the point of basically being cut up and want to look a bit better in about a week or so for an event or whatnot.
I don't think this diet works. I used the peanut butter from the inside of the Reeses cups for 2 weeks and gained 90lbs. I was very dissapointed in the results from this program.
5 days into this diet and i am down 7 pounds, always eat a chicken breast replacement each day as well as another anpb meal replacement where i eat pepporini, turkey or hot dogs, i am also on test cypionate at 500 mg a week which may have contributed to this fat loss, strength is still going up
i found when ur on this you have to have one cheat day a week becasie your fat loss really tapers down but when you have one bad day a week and then start it again the losses are awsome
