More so, you have real people on here who have "been & are there". There's no BS ego's or other shite like that. Needto and the other mods are actually there to help out. It almost sound cliche to say "the mods are here to help", but on this forum, they actually do help out and are very patient w/ noobs like me!

Good for you are those involved w/ the behind the scenes, day to day stuff that keeps this site up and running. Thanks for taking all the risks financially and time spent away from your families to keeps us from killing ourselves.

Good site, I never was informed about Body building as I am till date. Yesterday I informed some guys on EF at the gym. I told them that this is the place to be for educating yourself about aas and much other good stuff.
