I know a lot always say barbell squats is better. The Smith seems to work very well for me. I won't say it's better coz I think we all have our preferences 💪🏻 💪🏻

Bro there is something about the Smith machine squats that work for me.. legs are riddled with veins while I can take reps low and slow.

Barbell squats when I am for strength.

Smith machine when I'm really trying to get the most out of each and every rep
