Test Results : My Anavar cycle Jacked my KIDNEY VALUES

Phosphorus Inorganic - Serum (Kidney)

PHOS 5.2 (H) mg/dL 2.5-4.9

First off, I just finished my cycle of 100mg Var/day for 6-7 weeks. (I missed a few days). That cycle was immedialtely after I finished 8 Weeks of 500Mg Sust a week and 400 mg Deca a week. I am 38 yrs old fwiw.
It should be noted the last few days of my cycle my lower back hurt some where the kidneys are on both sides.

What can I take or do to get my Kidney values back again in normal range? And is there any ongoing KIDNEY SUPPORT like Milk Thistle is to the liver??

Note that my Liver PANEL turned out GREAT

Hepatic Panel(LIVER)

PROTTOTAL 7.3 g/dL 6.4-8.2
ALB 4.0 g/dL 3.4-5.0
ALT 51 U/L 30-65
AST 27 U/L 15-37
ALP 66 U/L 50-136
TBIL 0.41 mg/dL 0.20-1.50
DBIL 0.04 mg/dL 0.00-0.30

I will post my full test after I get back my Cholestorol VAP results

i am in the same boat. my liver values came in fine after my cycle but my kidneys were off. 'steroid abuse' is one of the reasons for poor kidney results. i guess its just part of the sport.

if you could post the ranges next to ur results it would be helpful. i can remember 3 of my kidney values came in high.. including red blood cell count

it would be a mistake to base anything off 1 test. the best thing is to do multiple tests to determine if there is really something wrong. you see doctors all the time make this mistake. one time they took my BP and it was 200/120. A: the lady wasn't administering it correctly and B: the machine she used probably hadn't been calibrated in years. and the doctor is easy to jump to conclusions.

I agree with you. I am 100% sure the Var did it. The Test and Deca I had no problems with. And that WAS the kidney reults. The range was 2.5-4.9 and my result was 5.2 (H). I am not sure what the (H) means. Is there something else I was supposed to get done for the kidney test?

My results are always the first number from left to right. The normal range is the two numbers with a (-)between them to the far right.

H means (high) L would mean low

my hemoglobin and hemotacrit (sp) came in high

my red blood cell count came in within range but on the high end of it which is still considered fine.

i would wager 95% of steroid users dont get blood tests. just a hunch.

but i bet if they did they would find a lot of stuff whack. a lot of lifters just run a cycle.. PCT and then take sometime off. then when they deem themselves feeling good, jump right back on another cycle. never running a blood test

and i bet the regular population of non steroid users are even worse about this.. and i bet they have a lot of issues as well thnks to drug/alcohol abuse and poor lifestyle.

Thanks, now I need the rest. Anyone have a key list for Lab test abbreviations with definitions? That would be nice to have

I dont even know what most of those abbreviations mean. So I odnt know how bad off I am.
I agree, most users NEVER get blood tests done. Hell, I know plenty back in the day that never used PCT either. Alot of uneducated users out there who are never part of a forum where they can learn
