Not a bad 3 day split on this between Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. @Worop You can definitely get in some good training doing this type of split routine. Looks like you hammered the crap out of the pulling split.

wednesday training is always on point. seated ham curl is important. it will help balance the body @Worop
