Update:
Been consistent with training at eating the last few weeks with calories staying around the 5k mark. Had bloods checked on the weekend and everything is squeaky clean very happy and relieved, with the exception of E2 being on the lower end. Strength keeps climbing every week pushing new PBs. Energy and mood still great no issues apart from starting to feel the fatigue of constant eating and having DOMS from consistent training but that's the trade off for the gains
