Good week of training and eating. Leg session this week was solid, will be able to start squats and walking lunges again next week. Cardio has been lazy lately, pushing myself to get in 20 mins a day this week as I am stopping with soccer, need to get the cardio back on the bike.
Food has been great, has not changed lately working well. Seeing some more definition come through, will be good once I'm hitting legs at full strength and doing my cardio.
Looking to hopefully add some var shortly.
EQ/Test combo from Sassy still going well, feels good at the 400 level, temped to bump it up but will probably just keep it as is for now.
