Wassup peeps? Some of you might remember me and some of you dont. I havent been online for a while due to a few deaths in the family and a few personal issues. To say the least I am back due to the ammount of good peeps on this board;)

My question is about tbol. I havent tried it yet but have been hearring alot about it. What are the pros and cons? What are the average doses peeps are taking? Shed a little light for a brotha;)

vague summary: not quite as strong as dbol (however everyone reacts diff.). Less sides, water retention etc. good for lean gains. dosage bout 25mg-50mg. takes avg 2-3days to kick in. 6-8 hr 1/2 life. Welcome back. GL
 
Some love tbol, some think it's overrated.I'm on day 13 of my tbol cycle.I'm doing 40mg ed. 20mg in the am, and 20mg in the pm.I've seen some gains in size and strength, not enough to want to try it again.However,everyone's different, and you'll have to try it for yourself to see if you like it.
 
it really all depends on your goals. mine was lean body mass, no increase in body fat. the only downside is that i stopped gaining weight after 2.5 weeks. i gained 10 lbs of lean muscle. im weighin myself tomorrow so ill let you know the final weight total. oh yea, i didnt notice any sides.
 
I would run 50mg/day for 4 weeks. You should see decent gains with no sides. Take some cranberry extract with it.
 
Im looking at running it also. I do know that though the opinion of effective dosages does vary, everyone seems to be consistent in that 4 weeks is about the end of its effectiveness.

I just started taking it, on day 2, so I'm sure it hasn't kicked in yet. I'm taking 1 g of Milk Thistle a day. Is cranberry extract the best for helping detox the liver? I have heard Tylers Liver Detox is the best..I'm gonna order some ASAP if it is.

What is the best way to take it? I've been taking it after meals with a glass of water. This may sound like a stupid question but I'm just worried that I might excrete some of it out because sometimes I can even see corn or a cashew or two in my pieces of shit so I don't want that to be the T-Bol lol :)

The cranberry is for your kidneys. Some bros have noticed some kidney pains on Tbol, but cranberry makes them go away. I like to spread the doses out throughout the day to keep blood levels more constant, probably a little easier on your liver too. You'll have about the same gains either way though. If you're worried about them coming out in your shit just chew them up really good. ...do that with the Tbol too! LOL
