Okay boys let me outline my training split and have you take a look. I am sure theres room for improvement so just let me know.
Monday - Back and Biceps
Tuesday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Wednesday - Day off
Thursday - Quads and Hammies
Friday - smaller muscle groups, forearms, calves, abs, traps
Weekend off
My day off is not always Wednesday, usually just whatever day I cant make it into the gym I consider my day off, making sure I get in 4 days of training. Will this affect my training or is it okay to not have a consistent schedule? I mean I always keep my workouts in the same order, its just sometimes not on the same day.
