tues-chest,shoulders,abs
weds-tris,squats,hams,calves,abs
fri-back,bis,abs
sat-hack squats,hams,calves
All days not listed off,works great for me,similar to yours,should work great bro',easy to switch up too.

Thursday - Quads and Hammies

My day off is not always Wednesday, usually just whatever day I cant make it into the gym I consider my day off, making sure I get in 4 days of training. Will this affect my training or is it okay to not have a consistent schedule? I mean I always keep my workouts in the same order, its just sometimes not on the same day.

i saw your post in the diet forum so i know you are young
your hormones are going to be through the roof, and you may be able to go to a routiene were you hit everything twice a week
but your slpit looks fine, you may want to look into some of the active recovery stuff too
just some more things to think about as you go along
