Not once you shower really but before that oh yeah tones! You have to bring other sheets and stuff to the hotel to put on the beds and what not. Protan is bad but dream tan is even worse shit gets every where my friend used it and dam it was all over. Next time I am booking early and coughing up the $75 dollars to get it airbrushed one less stress plus everyone that was airbrushed looked great perfect colour. Ok I feel the need to log my cheats as I don't want to turn into a total fat ass. I know about rebound hence why my cheats are limited tell Tuesday and back on the wagon. One thing I loved about being in such a big show was talking to all the competitors sharing stories etc. One girl told me about her rebound she put on 60 plus pounds in under 4 months she was hidding donuts under her bed I kid you not her words! Anyway she worked it all off and looked fab so props for her also sounds like she learned the lesson the hard way.
I feel the need to log my cheats keep my self accountable. So right after the show my friend (that was also competing) and I hit the first fast food resturant we could find Wendy's.
11:00 pm
1 large root beer
reg order of fries (I honestly am not even a frie fan I just ate them cause I could oh with mayo
)
1/2 bacon cheeder cheese burger goodness
Large frosty for dessert. (I was suprsied that this did not come out the back door in 2 seconds.)

10:00 am
coffee with cream and sugar!!!
4 big fulffy wonderful piece of french toast with butter and maple syrup
4 sausages
Plans for later today some sushi rolls and pizza

That was at intermission right about 10 minutes after he was on stage. I missed seeing him in the pump up room though I did see him up close right after he got off stage and was still in his trunks
