Suggestions for a bud trying to get some mass

Anadrol G

New member
My bud is about 6 ft 145lbs and is looking to put on some size. He has the metabolic rate of a twin turbo car. Ive tried everything to get him bigger to no avail. He has yet to use juice and I was thinking of a good beginners cycle for him.

I was thinking along the lines of 10 mg of dbol daily or 50mg of anadrol. Along with 400mg of test a week.

I'm new to this board and appreciate it's helpfulness.

Let me know what ya think please.

Thanks,

Anadrol G

How long has he been lifting for, at those ratios He can still put on some size without AAS, but if I was to suggest a cycle I would go with just the test at 400mgs a week. I know alot of people will tell ya to throw in the dbol, but my first cycle was sust 250 one shot every fifth day for 10 weeks and I put on 27lbs. So I am not a supporter of the big first cycle. Just my opinion.

He's been lifting for about 1 year.

Thanks for the advise, How should he eat? Are there any lowering thyroid drugs that would help or should he sway away from that?

When you say that you have tried everything can we assume that you had him try eating like a horse?? By that I mean 7000+ calories a day if necessary. Bottom line is he will struggle to gain any weight at all if he aint eating enough.

He was eating 3 bigmacs 3 times a day along with fries and weightgainer shakes. He tried that for about 1 week and his weight stayed the same lol.

Weightgainer shakes never worked for me............real food did.

If he isnt gaining he needs to keep eating more until he does. That is the bottom line. You still need the food to gain muscle (not water) on gear so there really is no ducking the issue.

Training for a year? How old is he? How active is he outside of the gym. Does he party all the time, does he sleep regularly, does he take rec drugs??? There are lots of questions to be asked here. Good grief. What is it with people who feel that when they don't get the results they want right away it's time to get on gear. Your "friend" needs to eat at least 6 - 8 times a day or more. He NEEDS to train with the heavy basic exercises. He NEEDS to learn that gains are not made in the gym but out of the gym during rest. He NEEDS to train longer than a year and learn how to properly train before he goes throwing up his hands.

What makes you think that if he can't put on weight naturally, that he'll even hold any of the gains he MIGHT make on gear. Tell your "friend" to learn patience and both of you might realize gains don't come over night.

Bulking diet:

2 boxes hamburger helper
2 lbs. ground beef
1 gallon milk

about 6300 calories

And if you don't have a good base before you start juicing, you're not gonna hold onto your gains.

Well, thats the problem. Thats what a lot of guys think will make them gain weight - just eat a LOT of STUFF. Wrong.

You need a LOT of protein. Most "weight gainer" products are just sugar - as in "Fat Gainer".

Have the guy train consistently and get a good 250-300 g of protein a day for like 2 months, and then see how much he gains.
