Thanks for all the comments guys. I think he should wait a bit to juice, the hamburger helper diet seems like a good idea though hehe. He sometimes wishes he has my metabolism but hell I wish I had his. Mine is slooooooooow as hell.

As for his activity, he is fairly active. Playing b-ball every now and then, no rec drugs at all.
