I want to learn how to use the free weights better and make sure my form is correct etc......
I just want to make sure I'm maximizing my workouts.....so I'll take a day off Sunday and Tuesday that way Monday I can do a full body workout and get the most of it.
Is there anything I should watch out for that he could be showing me wrong?? Or am I pretty safe with a trainer showing me?
