Had fun chest day with a buddy last night.
Overall the shoulder felt pretty good.
Only movement I had to stop was dumbell pull overs really dropped wait and only did 2 set of a 25lb
1. Dumbell incline. 4 sets 12 reps 30-45 lb
2. Dumbbell flat. 4 set 12 reps 35-50
Took 60 lb for set of 8
3. Center press 4 set 12 reps 60 lbs
4. Bosu half ball. Push ups. 4 set 15
5. Flat plate machine neutral grip 4 set 12 reps 90-180 lbs
6. Incline plate machine 4 set 12 reps 90-140lbs
7. cables high, low and center 4 sets 20 reps 30-50 lbs
8. Low and high chest press plate machines. Superset, 3 partial , 1 full push. 4 sets 10 reps 70 lbs
 
Killed another shoulder work
1. Dumbbell side delts. 4 set 15 reps 15-25 lbs
2. Seated dumbbell rear delt. 4 set 15 reps 15-20 lbs
3. Front delt same 15-20 lbs
4. Easy bar delt raise 4 set 12 reps 40 lbs
5.seated dumbell over head press. 4 set 12 reps 35-45 lbs
6. Cable machine all three delts
Then felt so good I did arms
Sauna for 20 min.
 
Yes vacuums do help. I try and do them a lot. Expecially when I am laying around in a sauna. Always trying to work on my breathing while in vacum.
I’ve been lazy on cardio and abs last couple years. I can tighten up waste when I focus on it. Down side is I can do anything about loose skin.
Here is me at about 6 % bf a couple years ago. I did a crazy cut and dropped down to like 168 lb.
It was fun to do it. The body is an amazing machine.
