Shit I feel like a falure!

Man, that wasn't a binge day, it was a reward day. 6 wks is a good stretch. I always crave peanut butter after a few weeks on Met-Rx.

Hmm

Itsnt it funny the crap u eat when U are so deprived, Like if I was gonna plan a cheat meal it would be Cake, Ice cream, fried chicken, Mexican food, but when it hits, it is always something odd, like u said Protein bars and PB.

Dont worry, ARE you back on track yet? I know occionally one cheat meal turns into a day, then a weekend,

If I have dieted for a while, a bowl of cereal is DANGEROUS! One bowl, then two, three, ten... on to the next box of cereal! I don't know if I could handle trying a bowl of "Choco Donut"...

If you do a refeed or a binge, stick to carbs, and avoid fat. This will refill glycogen without storing too much fat. It will slow weight-loss, but not too much fat. Try pasta or rice Krispies or even a sugary cereal... just not peanut butter for a refeed.
It will NOT slow down weight loss plornive! Just the opposite. Have you read Par's articles on leptin. They're really a must-read bro!

I just get a hole pan of fried lasagna and eat that shit and than have a cup of coffee about an hour later than head to the gym and gte the biggest pump of my life. Carbs work in mysterious ways.

Agreed. What I meant is that during the refeed day, fat-loss will not happen. If you look at it as calories in vs. calories out, it does indeed temporarily slow fat-loss. However, within 2 days the benefits far outweigh the costs.
