serious health problem.. needs attention please

not always heavy.. i lifted for 5 years without having this problem.. why all of a sudden.. i eman i took liek a 9 month break and then when i came back this is what happenes

I have been having really bad tensions headaches or that's what the 3/4 doctors think. I had it for a week now. The back of my head and my neck kills me and I have pain around my hears and I feel a lot of pressure around the ears. Everytime I stress or something upsets me the pain hits hard. I had a CAT scan and blood work done and everything turned out negative. The doc gave me Percocets but they didn't do shit for me. I went to another doctor and he thinks it's coming from the base of the spin of my neck. He gave me some Xanax to calm me down. He also gave me some Naproxen.

Try buying a heat pack. I have one from ThermaCare. I put in on the back of my neck for 8 hours and it helped some. If you are on juice, then you might want to come off. I get irritated much faster on juice. Try to stay calm and relax. Go see a movie. I'm probably going to get a deep tissue massage soon too.

Headaches truely fucking suck and I don't even want to imagine what it's like to have migranes.

Bacteria in your urine needs to be solved first.

Secondly--are you holding your breath or shallow breathing without realizing it when you train?

Lastly--are you prone to anxiety?

This is very dangerous, I was on my way to developping a hernia because I was holding my breath in.
 
im not prone to anxiety but lets say i do things in my life that can definitly produce more stress (but i dont stress the shit, i try not to care.. but osmehting always comes up)
 
I agree with Fukkenshredded, get those bateria out then we talk about the other things bro. Take out things you do not need in your body and oh yeah, those baterias can really mess you up.
