Ok i mentioend in another thread that my lifting hasnt been good the past two weeks.. what i havent mentioend is why... Whenever i do i set of anything after the 3rd rep my head starts to throb... i know i know pussy deal with it.. but it is unbearable..it throbs so hard it almost makes me pass out.. i then think bad day so i leave cause i cant do ANYTHING..the next day i did it but i felt good that day...same thing..no matter what same thing... food in my stomach or on empty stomach good day or bad day... its unbearable..i come close to passing out.. also if i rub my head on the sides after this happens i can feel a sharp pain on both sides.. right behind the ears but up a little more. anyone have any suggestions? i went for my yearly physical last week (i timed it now cause i am abut to start my cycle but now i will wait till i can fix this problem) and cholesterol and blood levels and everythign was fine.. only one small problem.. i had bacteria in my urine.. please someone help cause i cant even lift one excercise becasue of the pain it makes me feel liek i am gonna faint.
