Yep, had a good day off. Took the dogs to the vet for they're yearly updates, did some laundry & house work....a little cooking. It was a gorgeous day yesterday!
Training and diet are on target. Still haven't been able to get up in the AM for cardio. I'm working on it! I was reading what Mermaid said about forming habbits and how to apply it to getting out of bed in the morning - and I'm implementing it for myself. I HATE getting out of bed. My mom use to have to come in and tell me to get up 3 and 4 times. When I didn't listen, she would then rip back the covers and yell....RISE ANNNNNDDDD SHINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrr

I can relate to the AM wakeups .. ever seen Spanglish? I got the 'Adam Sandler' wake up like he does with his son ... THEN came the RISE & SHINE ... "Maaaaa call me outta school pleaseeeeeeeeeeee..."

Hey, I got a question......does it hurt when you have your mid-thigh skinfold done? I have thick skin and it makes me wince. There's no fat under there, and I get a reading of 14 at that site where my other sites are 7.
I don't think I'm getting an accurate reading there. Where should I test INSTEAD of mid-thigh?
