Actually my bf is not that low. All pics are flexed and unpumped, so bf seems low. Ill throw up a couple pics from bulking this fall.

Diet has been shit, not nearly enough protein. About 2500 down to 1500 calories after a few months cut. 60/25/15 ratio of carbs, protein and fat. Haven't had the money for at least 200g of protein in there in shakes every day.

Dont worry I work out hard. Dead, squat. Heavy.

Why would I be thankful by adding more muscle and then cycle? I already did a test only cycle almost 2 years ago. My receptors are probably shot already for that first cycle boom.

Im thinking this. 30 lbs bucket of protein, loads of carbs, and cycle in about august.

honestly bro, shakes are not the way... you only need one, maybe 2 a day at the most... you need to be eating beef, chicken, fish, eggs and milk for protein... calories down from 2500??? i cut for my avi pic on 3500 calories... i do have a very fast metabolism, but i would still suggest at least 3000 to make gains... if you cannot afford food, your cycle will be a disaster... a 30lb bucket of protein powder will not cut it... id say i eat at least $100 worth of food a week, so if you can't afford somthing around that, there is just no use...
cycling should be a long term commitment... you will lose what you gain if you go back to that diet, so make sure you have a job or means of income to support your plans... this is an expensive sport...
 
Dont worry, I can afford that now. Couldn't before. I was thinking like 3 shakes a day (around 180 g protein) and a few cans of tuna.. The rest is normal lean food with lots of carbs and some protein, like meat, potatoes, rice, pizza ect..

3500 calories enough on cycle? My metabolism is actually kinda slow. What u see on pics have taken months of dieting and cardio.. With shitty protein intake though.. First time ive ever seen my sixpack.. Last cycle I ate too much and basically got fat. Shitty diet too.. More pics from today :-)

you need real food first and foremost and then throw in the shakes as a drink with them, not as a meal replacement (a lot of protein shake jugs even tell you to not use it as a meal replacement) .. moya is right.

a PWO meal should be something like baked salmon/chicken, veggies, and brown rice. if you cannot afford a quality meal like that ED after a workout then this sport is not for you and you shouldn't be on steroids at all.

you should eat every 2 hours during the day and should be mentally thinking of building muscle mass. do not worry about counting protein, JUST FOCUS ON EATING. your first though in the morning should be "what am i gonna eat?"

i suggest you get some carbs in your body right off the bat. some pancakes in the morning with honey will put on weight trust me.
 
His goal might not be all out bulk, sounds like he wants to stay lean for the summer. I'd keep the carbs moderate and eat a ton of protein. IMO you should count the protein. I like to try to get close to 400g of protein per day especially while keepin my carbs moderate/low. And healthy fats, get enough of them too.

But this 1500 calorie diet is shit. I get close to that in protein alone
 
You have a good frame but AAS would be a waste. There's too little to stick to! Train hard. Add some BIG BLAST and BRIDGE and you'll see great gains Eat more eggs and chicken. You'll grow.

This made me gag. I just ate 3 whole eggs and about 7 oz. chicken breast :)
